We have warehouses in Adelaide, Australia and Los Angeles, USA.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Australia over the value of $150. 

We also deliver to many countries around the world via DHL. We offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below. Shipping costs are quoted in AUD Dollars and will be added to your cart during checkout.

  •  For orders being delivered to a PO Box address, we use Australia Post.

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We’re excited to offer flat rate shipping to our international destinations via DHL.

Please note that delivery times apply the following business day after placing your order and will take approximately 2- 4 business days.

  • Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.

  • Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

  • To comply with United States and Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".

  • We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

DELIVERY ADDRESS OPTIONS

  • If you are sending a gift, you can provide the address of the recipient and add a personal message and gift receipt to the packing slip at no extra charge. We'll remove the prices. 

  • When you register with us, you can register multiple delivery addresses and select the relevant address before payment.

  • Just sign in to your account before proceeding to the checkout.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • When you place an online order, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and link to the delivery service.
